Guests can use the **Royal Caribbean** app’s built-in support chat to resolve issues like room service delays, Wi-Fi troubles, billing questions, or even missing luggage. You can also visit Guest Services onboard or call the ship’s helpline directly from your stateroom phone. The newest update ensures better connectivity even in international waters, using satellite communication to keep support services running smoothly. For emergencies, the app now has a prominent “Emergency Help” button, which routes you directly to ship security or medical services.
